Please keep in mind that all positions are SubetaHQ are volunteer positions, therefore you will not be paid.

All SubetaHQ applicants MUST be at least 16 years or older at the time of the application. We require staff being above the age of 16 as we expect some level of courtesy and professionalism from our team. You are working with fellow adults and we prefer our team members to work together, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

As this is an English site all applicants MUST speak English fluently.

You may not work for another fansite while working at SubetaHQ, we like our staff members to be able to devote as much time as possible to HQ.

Item Admin:

What does an Item Admin do?
The Item Admins are probably the most noticeable around SubetaHQ. Their responsibilities are the following:

• Adding new items to the database
• Reviewing user submitted info reports
• Updating the news when new items are added.
• Uploading wearable overlays
• Updating the Newly Wearables and other sections.
• Adding newly released pet colors to the site.

What are you looking for in an Item Admin?
We are looking for dedicated members of Subeta who will be equally as dedicated to SubetaHQ and will do their best to keep HQ as up to date as possible! We would also like our Item Admins to have basic HTML knowledge (ex: creating links, posting images, bolding, italics, line breaks, etc)

Graphics Admin:

What does a Graphics Admin do?
These admins are responsible for creating all the lovely free graphics available to users on the site. This includes: PetProfiles, Profiles, Journals, Banners, Forum Sets and anything else you can think of.

What are you looking for in a Graphics Admin?
We are looking for someone that is able to meet deadlines. It is generally frowned upon to remain on staff and not contribute for months on end.

Versatility is key. The more things you can make (Profiles, CustomCSS, Forum Sets, Pet Profiles, etc) the better your chances are to be accepted.

You should have at least Basic HTML knowledge (ex: creating links, posting images). It's a big Plus if you're experienced with HTML/CSS (ex: Making a new Header-Image for HQ and change the link/font colors in the CSS)

You should have experience with a Graphics Design Program, and that doesn't mean just Paint. (Paint Shop Pro is good)

Battle Admin:

What does a Battle Admin do?
A battle admin will obviously focus on the battling aspect of SubetaHQ. This will involve updating weapon stats and trying to keep them up to date as possible as well as adding new challenger info to the site as they're released or updated and maintaining weapon lists. A battle admin may also write guides related to battling.

What are you looking for in a Battle Admin?
We are looking for someone with a passion for battling as well as excellent knowledge of how this aspect of Subeta works.
